Flood

A shopping and admin morning followed by a walk by the river into town this afternoon.   The recent rains have raised the level of the Severn with some flooding along the pathway.  Worcester is renowned for its flooding, there is a wall by the cathedral covered in plaques showing the height of the water over the many years of flooding; the current rise doesn't register!  The main effect of the high water is that the swans have moved over to the town side of the river.  I couldn't resist a swan photo, see extras.

Anyway we reached town with dry'ish shoes and decided on a coffee at Boleros.  Very nice.
