Out for a walk this afternoon.....

We had a bit of a sleep-in this morning as I had already decided that we would have brunch today instead of the normal breakfast/lunch.  While Mr C was cycling on his trainer, I prepared brunch.  A duck sausage each, a couple of pieces of bacon each, mushrooms with a couple of fried eggs on toast, and a pile of fried green tomatoes.
We both felt very full, and the walk was needed to burn off a few calories!  I had intended to do a loop and add a bit on, but my shins were sore from the lack of walking since COVID so I only did the loop and reached 7,000 steps.
For dinner tonight we had a salad and I heated up the Thai Pumpkin curry so we could help ourselves to as much as we wanted.  Neither of us wanted very much, but it was just as good the second time around.  We still have more to go with another meal.
