Gardener bill

Not a great day. Mam is not well, and I had to call the doctor, she is not so unwell that she couldn't call herself but she just doesn't. I now need to pick up a prescription and wait around to pick it up. But she has a list of things, as well as her shopping, I had plans for today :/ I am a horrible daughter :/ but I don't want to have to sack the gardener.
