Misty morning

A soft blanket of mist lying in the valley this morning, and a surprising patch of blue in the sky. 

Later, I went out into the drippy, soggy garden and picked calabrese, rather lacy cavallo nero and a small cauliflower. We ate cauliflower and calabrese this evening: it was good alongside the rest of yesterday's lentil and vegetable crumble.
