what a rush!

Winter is not far away yet, i notice that some of our pollinators are a bit confused. Many flying and tiring, searching for that nectar rush, only to be dissapointed.
I am a beekeeper, i notice these things. I watched as a bee trying its hardest to get inside a rose bloom, only to be disappointed, as the bloom itself semi wilted from a brief cold spell..
As a result, i worry about my own bees who, will be flying, and as a result consuming their own winter stores.
What they and many others need is winter cold to enable them to slow down, hibernate and some cases consume as and when.

Anyway i noticed our single bullrush has on its full brown coat and so looking resplendent
