The North Pole, Lion Yard, Cambridge

The North Pole is the centre of Cambridge's Christmas celebrations for shoppers. Jack and I went for a good lunch at Cote and a quick whizz around a few shops. I bought a non stick frying pan!

Cote was closing this afternoon from 3 to 5 pm so that thhe staff could have a Xmas menu lunch. The manager told us it helps if they have tasted the Xmas specials. All the shifts of staff were there, arriving with reindeer antlers, Xmas shirts and other celebratory items of clothing. As we left they were lowering the blinds. The fun was about to start!
