Peace and tranquility

Now the TV is off he is quietly sleeping on his bed. The animals in the Yorkshire vet upsets him!!
Oasis this morning and a good discussion around the gifts of the Spirit. Then I got all the food out of the freezer to defrost for tomorrow.
Home and finished the Bible Study for tomorrow night and went for a coffee. Basically a lazy afternoon and evening but I did motive to do a little ironing
