Tenacity

This caught my eye today - and that's what Blip is about.

I'm definitely NOT a meetings person.

In my head "Really?  You want labour that point again?  You want me to tell you about the things that I've done that you have no idea about. Well this will be fun for absolutely no-one."

My stock answer should always be "I fixed things so that you never hear about any problems from our development teams".

But please just stop with the 2 hour "replenishment" meetings, the 2 hour "retrospectives", the 2 hour"planning" meetings.

And please stop documenting things in 50 different places.

I just want to do my job.

I'm not a Meetings Person.

I'm not going to come up with a vision for the future.  All I ever say is "I have this problem but I have a couple of ideas".
