Another day spent pretty much on the settee with a jigsaw.  

Just listened to an interesting programme on Radio 4 called Sideways.  This one dealt with cases of sexual harassment in the workplace in the US in the 70s, a time before there was such a phrase as 'sexual harassment'.  It tracks how over time new terms come into the language and can be powerful enough to change law and culture.  One of the women who first took her employers to court over constant harassment had her case thrown out by a judge who said, 'Boys will be boys.'  Worth a listen.  We are finding all kinds of interesting radio, PBS America and BBC4  programmes in order to avoid football!
