Another appointment

Second post-op appointment in west London early this morning.
Yes, all is well. No exercise until the new year though. I cannot wait to get back out jogging as well as getting back on my bike and playing my over-35s football.

Edit - ha! only now do I know this is a blip day. Terrible photo too lol. Anyway, I'm still here quietly posting and infrequently commenting.
