I've lost mine.
The post holiday reset hasn't kicked in and I find myself unable to sleep, not motivated to exercise and comfort eating.
I started the day earlier than was ideal and with good intent.
I resolved to spend 30 minutes on a massive job that I have been putting off on account of its enormity. Baby steps.
A meeting with a colleague was challenging. Like me, they are finding the workplace toxic. We have. I fear, both played a part in where we are at. Hoping that we can find a way back from it.
Lunch in a venue new to me with an ex work colleague. I booked but in the end it was not that busy. I would go back there.
