Terminator

Popcorn is on patrol this evening as a fly has appeared in the house. She's pretty good at catching and 'eliminating' them, but this one is fast. And Popcorn was a bit confused and didn't realise it could be inside the lamp when she heard it buzzing.

Had a 40 minute wait outside H's classroom this evening, with H as D was out, before we got to meet her teacher and see her classroom in person for the first time. Not had the chance for the last three years due to the dreaded Covid, which it turns out the teacher has just recovered from. Luckily we had had a snack beforehand, but we were tired and hungry by the time we got home at 7pm.

And H was allowed to open the first door of the fidget toy advent calendar today. I'd just like to make clear we did not buy this box of awful plastic tat - it came free as a gift. H is over the moon.
