lava lamp

This is Mr I’s new lava lamp. We’re getting Victor a silver rocket shaped one for Christmas and Mr I said he’d like one too. He hasn’t got a rocket shaped one though. This is what it looked like after a couple of hours. It’s mesmerising - I’ve been watching it for ages.
We had a lovely visit this afternoon from Anthony, an old friend of Stewart’s, this evening. He stayed for dinner and we had a lovely catch up. We haven’t seen him for about 12 years. It was amazing that Nelly remembered him after all that time.
