Elf on the shelf

Another long drive home in busy traffic.
Our elf at work has been in quarantine for the last two years but has now been let out...at least a smaller version has as the previous one was huge. So for the next 24 nights that is an extra job for those on the night shift. This one was quite a gentle introduction to the job!
Car sharing on the way back to work so at least I'll have company sitting in the queues in the morning.
