Nut

Out to Pink Granny to pick up the minky. And what a fine afternoon we did have, despite just being in the house, as outside everything was soaking. She played little make believe games in the front room. Quite animatedly at times which amused us greatly.  And then there were the first of the Christmas nuts to crack - hazel nuts, just like in the Gruffalo. 
Then we dropped her off and went on to the Vue. The Menu. With Ralph Fiennes, Anya Taylor-Joy and Nicholas Hoult. What tremendous entertainment. At first it seemed just like a superb satire and then, well, it developed. Surely in the top ten of MrP’s films. But let’s not dissipate the suspense, eh? Eh!
And poor old Germany and much fancied over-hyped Belgium sent packing out the World Cup. Good. If we can’t be there, no one should.
