I wasn't going to make a Christmas cake this year but then had a request or that might have been an order! LOL
Decided on a Dundee style rich fruit cake laced with Brandy and glazed with a Muscavado sugar and water syrup.

Off to a Christmas "company do" this afternoon then dining this evening so an early blip and Kasper walk.
