Maggie's Moments

Today himself and I were speaking at the Maggie's Noel Lunch in Crossbasket Castle. Every year they ask someone who has used the centre to give a short talk on what Maggie's means to them. It is a long time since I have spoken in front of a large audience but they were all very kind.

We had the pleasure of being at the Chairman's table with Sir Boyd and Lady Anne Tunnock who we had met previously at Maggie's. Being given a pack Caramel Wafers from the man himself today was delightful. It won't make them last any longer :-)

The extra is Sir Boyd signing a Tunnocks biscuit tin which is fast becoming a cult item in Maggie's - a story for another time.
