I feel a bit more normal today, thankfully.  Tony stood in for me at Parkrun and I slept late then I've pottered around at a few jobs before taking it easier.  

It is good to see a longtail tit back in the tree.  Indeed, there are lots of birds on the feeders just now which is heartening as I was beginning to worry that avian flu was affecting their numbers.  In recent days the goldfinches have returned and we've seen a woodpecker and a  nuthatch.
