Young man, young man, pick yourself off the ground

Into Geneva today for the annual Escalade race. Most popular race in Switzerland I  think, 40'000+ participants over 2 days running around the old town.
Finished 14th out of 280 in the old but not oldest man group. 
And only 2 minutes slower than my time 30 years ago !
