my place is the cool place

I don't mean to make you feel bad, but clearly my place is the cool place to hang out. This is my bench in front of a standing planter. In the planter is a dwarf Japanese Maple Fjellheim, providing red bark. 

If you weren't making Seattle sufficiently enticing, my non-blip friend who lives there is helping. I haven't seen her since college. I now have watched some videos of the Olympics National Park. How do you get anything done when there is so much beauty just a couple of hours away? Would you be interested in getting together in Seattle on July 5? It is the middle of the week, Wednesday. 

Austria is contributing EUR 20M to a Ukraine Recovery Trust Fund established by the World Bank. It will help reconstruction and public services in energy.

Canada is imposing additional sanctions on Iran due to violations of human rights and contributing to Russia's war. 

Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed the S-300 missile system, which Russian forces used to launch a missile that hit a maternity ward. Ukrainian resistance forces identified the location in the village of Zelenyi Yar where the Russian missile system was deployed; the Armed Forces of Ukraine then destroyed the system.
