I received this wonderful gift of flowers from my generous daughter so I needed to record them. Took son and d-in-law to catch train back to London then had quick visit from German contingent en route to airport home. Very short visits but so enjoyable.

We came off quite well in that all the Christmas lights have been put up, it remains to be seen whether I can in fact take them down later although they don’t go up to the roof.

We have tackled eating the birthday cake.
