I actually have much more aesthetic pictures from today but this is sentimental. Ef and I have this stupid little board on our kitchen wall where we decided to write our schedules so that we know when the other will be home. It’s very sweet and she refuses to write in AM/PM, and I refuse to write in 2400 format. We giggled while we filled the board. I feel so blessed, so lucky to have met her and actually to be able to do all this together. She’s pivotal in my journey to healing and I’m just so grateful.

Watched 2 more eps of Wednesday with Mark today. Feels so good to be back to… living again, I guess.

Talked (with a capital T) to my sister and mother today after therapy. Interesting.
