Books I have Read

The monthly emergency Blip and record for me.
The best read was Black Diamonds the story of the rise and fall of the Fitzwilliam family who lived at Wentworth  House and made money from coal mining, hence the title. Chosen by one of my Book Club ladies, big thanks to her because I'd never have read it otherwise. 
Second favourite was a gripping  thriller with a twist by Val McDermid. Disappointing was Whistle in the Dark by Emma Healey of Elizabeth is Missing fame.
