Droplet World!

Is there a droplet hierarchy? Do droplets all get on with each other? Does size matter if you're a droplet? How long can you expect to remain a droplet? Is there a perfectly shaped droplet? Do droplet communities interact with each other or is each droplet settlement an island unto itself? Is it indeed every droplet for itself? And, most importantly, is it better to be on the edge or in the centre?
