Star of the day

It's been a day of chaos. It started badly when instead of printing out 1 side of A4, I got 20 sheets of nonsense. The chaos got worse when the printer in the immigration office didn't work either. Then the powercut happened! We waited for an hour and a half before being sent away with the promise of an appointment within two weeks. This nicely coincides with the Christmas holidays. There is much potential for more Christmas chaos.
