Tom

I know isbi has already told the story of Tom's retirement in her extra today but here is again, a true community, business and Rotary legend in the Mountains. I don't plan to be around at 92 but Tom's not only still here but as active as ever on community projects. 
Beside Tom (R to L) are his wife Nancy who is just as active as old Tom, Phillip who owns Scenic World in Katoomba, the biggest family owned tourist business in Australia and Greg, an extraordinarily talented bush poet who performed some of his own work and his take on some Banjo Paterson (isbi's favourite poet).  A thoroughly enjoyable and entertaining retirement lunch for Tom at the historic Carrington Hotel.
