Late in the day

The doc seemed reluctant to prescribe any kind of sleeping aid yesterday even though I would say a big chunk of my fragility is based on me not sleeping properly. Anyways I decided late in the day today to head out for some Benadryl and some Nytol to try and combat the insomnia. Another appointment at the chiropractor on Friday.

I deliberately left it late to try and catch the sunset. Missed the sun up but caught this glow over Gunness port
