Sky

Lots of blue sky, almost cloudless, after a frosty, icy start to the day.

This afternoon A & I walked to Chapel Allerton park to watch the moonrise at 14.59hrs (46 degrees NE). Despite a cloudless sky It did not show so we retraced our steps past our house and continued over the playing fields to watch the sunset over Headingley. The big bright ball of light finally dipped below the horizon at 15.46hrs (231degreesSW).

As we turned for home the 99.9% full moon was hanging big and low.

Thanks to Jenphotos for hosting.
