This is news to me.

Apparently this year the rooks are nesting very high in the trees. So. . . .
The last time they nested so high in the trees was 1976. So. . . .
A record long hot summer!
I SO hope the rooks are right!
Exciting
I have spent most of the rest of the day being a danger to myself and others not doubt. Searching the tree tops on the way home for a rookery! Perhaps they do look quite high up! lol

I learnt this brilliant snippet of information while playing golf with wonderful friends at St Andrew in the Sun! (Ok there was one little shower of rain) but we came back dry. Quite unusual!!
