Glen Affric

Walked out today from the youth hostel to the car - took about 3 hours. Another bright and almost warm morning but clouded over as the day progressed. This is view up the west part of the glen towards the youth hostel. Guess this must of been a major right of way in times gone by. Some evidence of old steadings and suspect this part of the country was extensively depopulated as part of the Highland Clearances in the 19th C.
