Frosty

It was very frosty this morning so I went into the garden to take some pictures.
 
I had planned to go into Cambridge this morning to get some things for Christmas but the trains were not playing nicely. A problem between London Liverpool Street and Tottenham Hale, so I decided to stay at home. I will go tomorrow if the trains are running or Saturday.
 
Instead I have spent a lot of time writing Christmas cards and letters. Everything is stamped and ready to go except those going overseas which need to be weighed. Now they will have to take their chances with Royal Mail.
 
Today’s picture is of the sunrise across the garden. The extra is of some stinging nettle leaves.
 
The temperature at noon today was one degree Celsius.
