Slicing the "stuffed" ham back blip

We stuffed a pork loin yesterday. After id chilled down hubby sliced it up. Stuffed ham was a county dish from colonial days (hence the vintage effect) however it can be found in many places these days Many people who have lived in our area especially military folks have enjoyed the dish and taken the recipe with them when they move on. We always had it growing up and it is a holiday favorite of ours. We make it several times a year. Another tradition I hope continues for many years to come.
