I’ve been off the gluten for a long time now, but unlike my Mum, I don’t have a diagnosis of coeliac disease. So recently I decided to give myself a six week gluten challenge before having an antibody test. Three weeks in and I’m only getting occasional bloating. I’m eating gluten every day, but mostly in the form of sourdough bread.

Sarah and Chris brought me some of their starter so that I could make my own sourdough bread, and this evening after work, I baked my first loaf. I’ll try it out tomorrow:-)
