Nativity scene

I had forgotten about my wee nativity scene until today, so I put it up on my bookshelves this evening.

I'm thankful to have got to the end of the week, which had been trying in parts, explified by the fact that the lock on my front door broke yesterday evening. I couldn't get a locksmith out until this morning, so wasn't able to lock the door overnight last night. I put up a wee barricade against the inside of the door overnight to make myself feel a bit better about it, but I am now thankful to have a door that locks again (though it's only a temporary fix. The locksmith has ordered a new mechanism to fit the door and will be back another day to fit it).
