Arrival

Back home again, on one of the rarest and most comfortable sleeper cars in existence. I’d write a long explainer, but thankfully one of the staff has gone into great detail on Twitter.

The sleeper car was not yet officially available through SJ, but those in the know discovered that it can indeed be booked through Austrian ÖBB. Interestingly, the staff only had passenger lists for the couchettes and seemed genuinely surprised to see passengers showing up for the sleeper as well… but handled everything perfectly, so a big thumbs up from me. Would certainly ride this again.

Extra: Breakfast included. Snowy landscape was a nice bonus!
