‘Waning Gibbous Moon’

Unlike in the blip a few days ago of the full moon and the planet Mars, several craters' profiles were visible when I looked out before dawn, where the sunlight struck them from the side.

Very cold this morning, -6C, but beautifully clear and crisp. The extra was taken around 30 minutes after sunrise.
