Almondblossom

By Almondblossom

It's very rare for us to get snow in December in this part of East Anglia and it was an utter delight to wake up in the night and realise the weird light outside was a lovely ton of snow. Luckily I had to go to the post office at 8.30 so I got the opportunity for one of the best experiences of the year - making the first marks on a stretch of fresh snow. I mean, we all love that don't we?
Today's blip was taken on the bridge in town on my way home, unfortunately I was too slow (cold fingers) to capture the postie before she was a dot in the distance.

I know the amount of snow we have is paltry compared to the load some of you endure every year, so please forgive my enthusiasm!
