Drama!

Had my phone in my coat pocket during the lesson, so took a quick photo while one of the others was doing a canter exercise. This was after a teenager that is in our lesson said she was dizzy & while at a standstill speaking to our instructor, fell off. It seems she temporarily passed out, luckily she didn't hurt herself. Her horse hadn't misbehaved & she wasn't allowed to remount, for safety. I think she was quite embarrassed about it.
We continued our lesson without further drama, although all the horses were very fresh because of the freezing weather & we were well warned to be alert.
It was - 4°C when I went out to walk this morning & didn't go above freezing all day.
