Still Bubbling!

As the fresh produce in my fridge dwindles, I love to invent meals which tickle my fancy from the few things that are still available - without going shopping.
Today, I made rice risotto with diced raclette cheese (very tasty and melty) and courgette with red pepper, flavoured with rosemary from my own plant. It was delicious cold weather food, accompanied by a small glass of Cabernet-Syrah red wine!

The weather is still grey and cold and thank goodness for photography inside the home!
