Another day below freezing

Everyone is wearing lots of layers, as it is so cold inside, despite the heating being on all day.

I haven't been out running for over a week, as I don't want to break a limb. I've also been eating far too much as I'm stuck in the house...

However the frost is turning the garden into magical winter wonderland, and is providing me with some great photographic subjects (see extras for frosted leaves and spider silk covered in ice crystals).
