Unwelcome mat

As I headed out, it struck me that a doormat with ice on it isn't very inviting. 

Unless it's an invitation to fall flat on your arse. 

Was mildly annoyed to be kept waiting in the chemist. But realised afterwards that if I hadn't, I probably wouldn't have bumped into someone I hadn't seen for ages.
