Fieldfare Flight

With the sun going down behind me as I hid in the Breeze House with the camera trained on the crab apple tree the fieldfare came in for some fruit. I just loved the colours in this.

Baby B has now passed his cold very generously around and now I've succumbed just like everyone else. He has been challenging today, even more challenging this evening and if he feels anything like I do I well understand it; poor little thing! His parents are out at the carol service in the chapel at Rob's old school and hope they've enjoyed it as it usually is incredibly moving. I said, rashly it now seems that they should go out to dinner too 

 ..... sharp intake of breath here.
