Greenfinch

Word has got out in the local blackbird community that there is food to be had in our garden. I counted 14 on the lawn at one point, (there were probably more under shrubs and bushes) The woodpecker visited again and there was a brief glimpse of a song thrush. This handsome greenfinch stole the spotlight, though - or at least the gorgeous, low, winter sunlight.
