Cigs

Sailmaker Road

Previously on Cigs.

Back in the good old days of derelict Leith and overgrown waste ground, before desecration of green belts and brown field sites became must have urban redevelopment areas. When summers were long and hot, jumpers for goalposts, when we had an (almost) believeable government.... Progress, eh?

The last attempt at photographing this only really showed the wee Cigs poking over the wall; but here we are, over 6 years later and the onset of new gulags housing has meant that this oft overlooked piece is now available (probably for a limited period of time) for a proper perusal for people of a Cigs persuasion.

Be warned, though. There's nothing else of note to see here, unless you're a fan of pavement parking or Gregg's debris discarded by the hungry workies.
