Warmth in the Cold

This is in the Tropical Ravine, a building that houses temperate and tropical plantlife. It's a massive difference being in the warm, humid indoors compared to the horribly cold outdoors.

We were out pretty much all day due to the inevitable inspection. Didn't really want to wait all day for the inspector to knock the door so we went into the city. R got a bubble waffle and was very happy with it.

We got back at around 3 after enduring the cold, cold weather to see if they had done their job. We placed a staple on the bedroom door handle so we would be able to tell if anything had happened. The staple was still there.

After sitting for a few minutes, R noticed two older men heading for the building. Soon we heard them come in and knock on one of the doors informing the occupant of the inspection. Off we went again! 2 hours later we came back to find the staple had indeed fallen. Inspection over!

We almost got locked in Ormeau Park when we were out the second time. I didn't realise the park had a closing time so we found the gates had been locked. I wondered if we'd have to scale the wall but we found another entrance that was still open.

Nothing about rescheduling the interview.
