Truffles

1 pack of biscoff type biscuits, 125g cream cheese, bash your biscuits to fine crumbs (keep a spoonful for sprinkling), mix in the cheese, make into small walnut sized balls and pop in the freezer for 30 mins. Melt 200g bar of white chocolate then dip the balls to cover, pop on a lined tray and sprinkle with crumb before chocolate sets. Put in fridge until totally set, should keep about a week in there and makes about 24 :)
