Imogen

Early morning I travelled to Bristol, navigating outside the city's Clean Air Zone to avoid paying the charge. With all the exemptions to residents and others I think it may be some time before any benefits are seen! I can see they'll phase in more restrictions on residents eventually.

I was amazed at the amount of electric scooters dumped on my route, as I had been reading an article by South Wales Police they're illegal on public highways. They did reply to me that it's only Wales they're illegal !

I had a while looking after granddaughter Imogen whilst her mum went out. She was happy to play with an old grump and great to get her lovely smile recorded. A shame she doesn't live a bit closer.
