Four Candles

Dawson's Hardware in Todmorden Market Hall has been there 'forever'. The Gill family have been running it as long as I can remember.  This customer wanted some lightbulbs but didn't know whether they were bayonet or screw cap, or 40w, 60w, 100w (they still sell them in 'old money').  Tony Gill was up his ladder bringing down the different types.  Reminded me very much of the Two Ronnies famous sketch 'Four Candles'.
My extra shows the other end of the shop - they sell everything......
