Wedi mynd mewn amrantiad ~ Gone in an instant

“All photographs are memento mori. To take a photograph is to participate in another person’s (or thing’s) mortality, vulnerability, mutability. Precisely by slicing out this moment and freezing it, all photographs testify to time’s relentless melt.”
― Susan Sontag

Mae amser yn hedfan, mae'r diwrnodau wedi mynd mewn amrantiad - yn enwedig yr adeg yma o'r flwyddyn, efallai. Heddiw roedden ni'n parhau ein paratoad am Nadolig. Mae Nor'dzin yn gwau ffigurau ar gyfer golygfa geni ar hyn o bryd. Gwnes i dorth o fara. Mae'n well na'r ddau flaenorol (a oedd bwytadwy ond rhyfedd).  Yr amser hwn aeth popeth yn dda. Tynnais i ffotograff o'r dorth o fara gyda fy nghamera newydd. Rydw i'n siŵr bydd y ffotograff yn para'n hirach na'r dorth - a fydd yn mynd mewn amrantiad.

Time flies, the days are gone in an instant - especially at this time of year, perhaps. Today we continued our preparation for Christmas. Nor'dzin is currently knitting figures for a nativity scene. I made a loaf of bread. It's better than the previous two (which were edible but weird). This time everything went well. I took a photograph of the loaf of bread with my new camera. I'm sure the photograph will last longer than the loaf - which will go in an instant.
