Upside

Weekend on at work. It only happens every now and then these days so I can't complain.
I spent the morning at kickboxing trying to improve my sparring. I still managed to get kicked in the head (controlled - no impact) by Sensei E. I must learn how to avoid that happening.
Job satisfaction achieved this evening. I spotted a nugget of information that had slipped through the net and stopped the potential of something quite bad happening.

Oh! And Wigan won the FA Cup beating Citeh 1-0, leaving the noisy neighbours empty handed this season.
